Booking Confirmation:
All bookings made with Afriyogi Safaris LTD are subject to confirmation upon
receipt of payment.
Payment Terms:
Full payment or a deposit as specified by the Operator is required to confirm the
booking. Payment deadlines and methods will be communicated upon booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made by the client may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties as outlined by
the Operator.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Operator's cancellation policy and may
be subject to deductions for any non-recoverable costs incurred.
Itinerary Changes:
The Operator reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, including activities,
accommodations, and transportation, due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. Clients
will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
Travel Documents and Health Requirements:
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid
passports, visas, and any necessary health certificates required for travel. The Operator shall not be
liable for any consequences arising from the client's failure to comply with these requirements.
Insurance:
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical
expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events. The Operator shall not be liable for any
expenses or losses incurred by the client due to the lack of adequate insurance coverage.
Liability:
- The Operator acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service
providers involved in the tour. We assume no liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or
inconvenience caused by any act or omission of these third-party suppliers.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.y

Force Majeure: The Operator shall not be responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the
tour itinerary caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or government regulations.
Client Conduct: Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the tour. The
Operator reserves the right to terminate the tour for any client whose behavior is deemed disruptive or
harmful to others, with no refund provided.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
Acceptance: By booking a tour with the Operator, the client acknowledges that they have read,
understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
When embarking on a tour with our Operator, it's essential to keep a few key points in mind to ensure a
smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
Firstly, be aware that circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government
regulations, may impact the tour itinerary. While we strive to minimize disruptions, please understand
that we cannot be held responsible for delays or changes arising from such situations.
Secondly, we expect all clients to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully throughout the tour.
Disruptive behavior that poses a risk to others may result in the termination of the tour without a

Thirdly, in the event of any disputes or disagreements, this agreement is governed by the laws of the
specified jurisdiction. Any legal matters arising from the tour will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts in that area.
Lastly, by booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Your cooperation ensures a safe and
